UNMIND TRENDS CAMPAIGN

OBJECTIVE

Produce a campaign visual to promote a mental health in the workplace trends report. This will be rolled out across a number of assets to promote the report including social media posts, email and blog headers, webinars and of course the report itself.

The campaign visual I came up with showcases nine thoughtfully designed icons, each representing a specific trend outlined in the report.

Data and measurement become essential ingredients to workplace wellbeing

Mental health jumps up the ESG boardroom agenda

The workplace becomes an engine for positive MHW

Manager training & leadership development becomes central to workplace wellbeing

Employers break the taboo on financial stress

HR takes on psychosocial risk management

By arranging icons within boxes, they can be flexibly organized to fit any asset size, ensuring a structured and visually engaging composition.

ROLLING OUT ACROSS ASSETS

MAKING IT MOVE

Each icon moves in a way that it can be infinitely loopable. I made sure that each icon started and finished at different points so as to not make the GIF have an obvious beginning and end.

SOCIAL VIDEOS

Each of the 9 trends had a short video with a voiceover and animation to explain each trend. Each video was posted on LinkedIn.

PAID SOCIAL

For the paid social posts, we used short snippets from the webinars and added subtitles for engagement and accessibility.
